En este art\u00edculo vamos a hablar sobre 3 t\u00e9s de origen <strong>japon\u00e9s: matcha, kukicha y bancha.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El <strong>origen<\/strong> de los tres es el mismo: <strong>el t\u00e9 verde o <em>Camelia sinensis.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 se diferencian entre ellos?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>Matcha: <\/u><\/strong>se emplea la <strong>hoja entera<\/strong> del t\u00e9 verde que tras un per\u00edodo especial de cultivo, recolecci\u00f3n y secado se <strong>muele <\/strong>para obtener un <strong>polvo fino y verde<\/strong> que multiplica los beneficios del t\u00e9 verde en <strong>poder antioxidante y valor nutricional.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>1 vaso matcha= 10 vasos de t\u00e9 verde<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>Kukicha o t\u00e9 de 3 a\u00f1os: <\/u><\/strong>se produce a partir de <strong>las ramitas y tallos de 3 a\u00f1os<\/strong> de la planta <strong><em>Camelia sinensis. <\/em><\/strong>Finalmente <strong>se tuestan<\/strong> para darles un delicioso sabor parecido a <strong>ahumado<\/strong>. <strong>No contiene te\u00edna.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>T\u00e9 bancha:<\/u><\/strong> se elabora con las <strong>hojas del t\u00e9 verde<\/strong> que se recogen despu\u00e9s de permanecer <strong>3 a\u00f1os<\/strong> en la propia planta. Es <strong>muy arom\u00e1tico<\/strong>.
